All orders are processed within 5–7 business days, unless otherwise stated. Most items are made-to-order or released in limited drops, so please allow time for production before shipping.

We treat Puerto Rico as a domestic destination, not international.
🌍 International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping outside of the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Stay tuned — we may expand this in the future.
🔁 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the carrier’s control. If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

Contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number.

We’ll do our best to help, but we are not responsible for delays, theft, or damage caused by the carrier.
