At WINNERS GANG Co., we stand behind the quality of every piece we release. Because most of our products are made-to-order or released in limited drops, all sales are considered final.
🛑 FINAL SALE – No Returns or Exchanges
Items marked as Final Sale or part of a limited release (such as collection drops, collaborations, or made-to-order products) cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for any reason, including sizing issues or change of mind.
Please double-check your order details and sizing before checking out. We take pride in making sure every order is prepared with purpose and intention.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery at contact@winnersgang.com. Include:

A clear photo of the issue

A short explanation
We’ll evaluate the issue and send a replacement if eligible. All claims must be submitted within the 3-day window to be considered.
Limited Return Exceptions
In rare cases, we may accept a return if the item:

Is not part of a limited release or marked Final Sale

Is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging

Is returned within 15 days of delivery

Includes a valid proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
To request a return, email us at returns@winnersgang.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we’ll send instructions for sending the item back. Items returned without approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund.
